Konstantin Vershinin

Konstantin Andreevich Vershinin (Russian: Константин Андреевич Вершинин; 3 June 1900 - 30 December 1973) was the Soviet Chief Marshal of Aviation from 1959 to 1972. He was a commander in World War II, and for his actions, in 1944 he was awarded the distinction of Hero of the Soviet Union.
