Hélène LeBlanc is a Canadian politician, who was elected to the Canadian House of Commons in the 2011 election, defeating freshman incumbent Lise Zarac of the Liberal Party. She represents the electoral district of LaSalle—Émard as a member of the New Democratic Party. LeBlanc is an agronomist who previously ran in Montreal's municipal election.
