Regina Montoya is the senior vice president and general counsel of Children's Medical Center in Dallas. Before that she was the chief executive of the since 2005. She attended Harvard Law School in 1979 and became a partner at Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld in 1986. She served as director of the Office of Intergovernmental Affairs under the Clinton administration. She also ran against Pete Sessions for a Congressional seat in 2000.
